Advocacy Plus aims to provide a high quality service to all its clients, representing their needs and wishes and helping them to resolve their issues or problems.
In the event that a client is not happy with the service, we have a Complaints Procedure to enable him/her to bring this to our attention.
Anyone who raises a complaint may do so with the confidence that their problem will be dealt with fairly.
